From the examination our federal workers compensation doctors will develop a detailed narrative medical report. The narrative contains: medical evidence, history of injury, detailed description of finding upon examination, result of x-ray or lab test, diagnosis, and reconditions of continued treatment. As well as a well-reasoned medical opinion as to the crucial issue, the causal relationship between the claimed and/or disability to the injury by proximate aggravation or acceleration and precipitation, and medical reasoning for patient restrictions in needed with supporting documentation.
