About Dr. John Rosa

Dr. John Rosa, DC is a co-founder and owner of Federal Injury Centers and the owner and supervising clinician of Accessible Beltway Clinics, a network of 17 clinics across Maryland and Virginia that combine medicine, chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture and behavioral medicine into a single, coordinated approach to pain syndromes and musculoskeletal disorders.

That multidisciplinary model is the foundation of how Federal Injury Centers treats injured federal and postal employees.
